West Coast IPA

Jump in for an adventure with our Little Rivers West Coast IPA, the 2024 version.

As the beer settles in your glass, with a golden body soft from the blend of two variants of oats, it boasts exceptional clarity and hints at a slight honey sweetness that’s topped with a fluffy white head.

Vic Secret, Galaxy and Eclipse were the hops selected for this brew. We love the strong Tassie representation from the Galaxy and Eclipse hops and all three varieties used boast high Alpha acid content. This gives you a dense pine resin finish with huge flavour and aroma. Think Pineapple, Peach and Zesty Citrus Peal.  We added them to the brew, both in the Large whirlpool and through dry hop additions to allow these hops to shine.

We’re releasing this with a brewers warning, this IPA is scarily sessionable! With an ABV of 7% it’s a big beer that doesn’t look big.
